Valentine's Day has become one of my favorite holidays these last few years. The idea that people around the world choose a gloomy day in February to think about the people they love most, and try to let them know in whatever small way they can, is something that is ineffably beautiful and hopeful to me. It can be a phone call, or chocolates, or a perhaps just a hug.
As for me, I like to send cards.
